  • The Wormist:

tornadoes and hurricanes are definitely too windy.
some very good fishing is to be had under certain windy conditions. muddy, wind swept shorelines MANY times harbor lots of fish in an eating mood as they feel safe in the rough, dirty water. and lots of food is blown to them.

  • BOBBER:

As long as there is not threat to life like a tornado warning and YOU feel safe. Some of the best fishing may occure.

  • ken s:

if the wind is blowing hard enough for big waves then it is to windy

  • Shawn:

I live on a lake where at least 2 or 3 people over estimate their boating skills every year and drown over it.Only you can decide with what your comfortable, start incredibly slow maybe ride with an experienced boater in a chop to see how it works.
