FLW Series West, National Guard Western at the California Delta 2010. Bass Fishing never seen before. Donald Davis and Leon Knight with co-angler Don Hilton, Day 2, traveling through the Beaver Dams to get to their fishing area. DELTA DON (Don Davis) discovered this area 5 years ago, but the water was never high enough for a bass boat to get in, well this year 2010 had lots of water and Davis teamed with Knight developing a cable system with block and tackle and a winch mounted in a Ranger Boat to get the boats over the beaver dams in order to fish for the monsters. @Beanholiostyle These guy’s did there homework and are truly good people. It’s not everyday you can fish with one person and feel as if you are life time friends after the day is over. Be glad for them, Thanks for watching.
@smileyj206 it’s all going to be shown on live TV. No rules broken, wait and see. I don’t want to give away how they did it. The last day tide was up over six feet, again all on video with FLW camera’s. Thanks for watching.
Wow, I know no rules were broken but……. Is this a four man tournament? I mean a 2 boats work together tournament? If you can’t get there with help, I think it is shady.
Can you really drag another boat into a fishing area like that in a tournament?
