I’m not sure if you can rent a boat from the local marina or not maybe you could ask them and they could tell you where to get one.
If you are fishing Lake Seminole there are (or were) several rental agencies all around it. Just ask at the bait house when you stop to buy bait and drinks. If they don’t rent them they will be able to tell you someone who does. Same for most of the other lakes around the state, there are usually boat rentals somewhere around the larger ones.
