Problem with Wii game?

I got a Wii about 3 or 4 months ago and I’ve never had a problem with it. We got Wii Play for it and it worked with no problems. We never really played it all that much, but we played it altogether about 10 times. Now, for some reason, when we put the disc in it shows up on the Wii menu and we click play and it goes to the screen where it says about allowing room when playing the Wii and out of nowhere it goes to a black screen and it says it cannot read the disc or something and to read the operations manual. I read it and it just says about cleaning it and stuff. I’ve cleaned it about 375893758495 times now and it’s still not working. Anyone have this happen and know how to fix it? All the other games we have work in the system. It also did this with our Bass Fishing game too, but I got it to work. Any help please and thank you.

email nintendo or try buying a new game go to the store you bought it and tell them it is broken!
If it is only doing that with one game- then it sounds like the game disk may be corrupt. This can happen sometimes. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but buy another game or send that game back for a new one- there are warranty instructions on the games handbook with the address of where to send it.
