well, i have come across the perfict question, i got the perfect recipe. (romantic one too).

    1. take out all guts and stuff (and he already did that so your good 2 go!)

    2. stuff stomach with chopped up, carrots, parsley, tomatos, whatever else you like.

    3. put seasonings on it, (salt, pepper, ect.)

    4. throw it in the grill, depending on how big it is you have to cook it longer.

i live in michigan so i only catch little 12-24 in large/small mouth bass and i leave it in the grill for no more than 20 min.

okay, well thats all, simple huh?

    try mine…
you would need these ingredients: salt, cilantro, lemon grass, ginger, jalapenos, onion, msg(optional), mint, oyster sauce and shrimp sauce.

    1. sprinkle salt and msg on the fish; inside out.
    2. pour oyster sauce onto fish; you can buy these in Cubs Food/Rainbow store in asian aile.
    2. chop cilantro, jalapenos, onion, mint into small pieces. slice ginger into slices. cut lemon grass 2 inch each. add inside fish like stuffing.
    3. wrap fish in aluminum in pan. make sure aluminum cover fish and is big enough so there juice won’t spill.
    4. broil it for 45 min to 1 hour.
    5. take out ginger and lemon grass. both of these takes away the fishy taste.

    good luck.
