does anyone have a good recipe for bass?
i was fishing today and i started reeling in a sizable bass, but it got away so tomorrow im going back to the same spot for round 2 to catch it with a vengence. so i was talking to my dad about cooking it and he has no clue how to cook bass he really only goes trout fishing or deep see fishing so he doesnt deal with bass. i know they are pretty boney but does anyone know a recipe that doesnt include filleting it, and i dont want to fry it, does anyone have suggestions?

Ok, so. You do not wanna fry a Bass on a pan? Are you kidding me?
Well, the recipe i use is very simple but its frying.
1. Clean bass, by getting a spoon and scrap off all scales.
2. Cut the bottom of the bass, and take all the organs/guts out.
3. Roll the bass in some flour.
4. Add some salt inside the bass and on the skin.
5. Get a pan out, on the stove and add some oil.
6. Cook the bass until its tender and ready to eat.
Cooking the bass on the pan takes atleast 7 – 10 minutes i would say. Maybe less. Just check.
ALSO. Check for worms near the bone when cleaning it. If it does have worms, throw it out. Because, it means it was sick if it did.
