what is a good way to catch bass this time of year its about 100 degrees outside are there any recipes for compining things to make it smell good to them and what is a good way to catch catfish and what makes them want to take the bait plz tell me ways to do these

I USE MINNOW’S OR H&H SPINNERS….I HAVEN’T BEEN FISHIN FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS NOW..ITS’ SO HOT, THEY AREN’T BITING AND THE WATER ELEVATION IS WAY DOWN, WE’VE HAD NO RAIN SO THE FISH ARE DANGEROUS TO EAT RIGHT NOW!! GOOD LUCK!!!
PRE DAWN, TOP WATER FOR THE BASS AND MAYBE A 7 AND A HALF INCH BLUE RIBBON TAIL WORM IN STRUCTURE AS THE SUN STARTS TO COME UP… AS FO R THE CATFISH, TRY NECK BEEF FROM A BUTCHER SHOP CUT INTO HALF INCH CHUNKS ON A LONG SHANK HOOK
I am having great luck this summer on buzzbaits! Once the sun comes up, and it is hotter than all get out, I look for shaded banks with rip rap or other structure. I am tearing up bass from 11:00 – 1:00, as long as I fish the eastern banks that have shade. the water temperature has been 89 degrees, and the air has been in the upper 90′s. run the buzzbait parallel to the bank, about 6 inches out, and be ready!
