does any one know where to find or what the recipe for the quick fire challenge from top chef season 3 at the le cirque restaruant? it was a sea bass wraped in potatos.

That was one of Le Cirque ‘s signiture dishes I doubt they are going to let Bravo put it on there web sight. Halibut is one of my favorite fish to work with. When I saw top chef this week I thought about trying this dish but can never know if it is close to what they have. ( without going to NY)
