threadfin fish for ceviche?
I have a piece of thread-fin fillet frozen and i’m dying for ceviche. So i’m wondering whether I can use that piece cos it seems like every recipe prefers sea bass, snapper, tilapia, etc but none mentioned thread-fin fish.

I have no idea what threadfin fish is but if the texture is similar to sea bass etc then use it. Personally I would only use fresh, unfrozen fish for a ceviche as the texture of the fish is changed by freezing.
