  • GainMuscleandWeight:

you need to know what baitfish/food teh fish are eating. the baitfish in my ponds are bluegill/pumpkin seed sinfish and craw fish. I use a red robbon worm weightless, or with two waites an inch apart 1.5 feet above to hook. Or a top water jointeed minnow silver and black. Also an orrange crawfish soft plastic, with a bullet sinker. But it all depends on the food they have to prey on. So find that out and use a bait to match.

Smallie’s should be hitting well on tubes, 3″ size would be appropriate.

White Bass should be taking normal Crappie baits such as : Road runners tipped with grubs, tubes, plain grubs, in-line spinners, any of those.

Hybrid’s will be taking the same baits as White Bass, just in a larger size.
