definitely the place
on crankbaits, its better to use a shallower crankbait on sunny days, and a deeper diving one on cold, or cloudy days. with a crankbait i use a stop and go retrieve and ive caught about 6 bass this year in a local pond that’s hard to catch fish.
Same here dude. Last month only 3 bass were reported caught at the lake I fish at though.
idk y but i usually cant catch anything at all lol.. im using deep cranks and spinners and buzz baights, is it the baits fault or is it the place

What Gerald is talking about there is the wind pushing bait fish into the backs of pockets. So if you pay attention as to how the wind is blowing and where it may be pushing the bait fish, that should lead you to the bass.
