Best way to fish for bass in a small pond?

What are the most effective baits and techniques for catching bass in a small pond? the pond in question is 6 acres with no streams or anything leading into it.

If you want to be extra helpful, here is a map of the pond.

Looks like a prime location for bass, try using a weightless senko hooked weedless. also poppers and spinner baits will work well. if you dont do a lot of bass fishing, i would recommend dragging a big old night crawler on the bottom. fish the points, and bends of the lake, that where the drop offs are, and remember fish them slow.

6 acres is a nice pond (city pond?). but with a maximum depth of only 8 feet, you should be spending most of your time there with light tackle.
plastic worms and jigs right now, then, if and when the shoreline gets full of weed growth, plastic frogs by “zoom” or “strike king” in the thickest mats of grass.

A good way to know what’s in the pond (and get the ol’ adrenaline flowing) would be to get down there at dawn or dusk and slowly retrieve a jitterbug surface lure. If you have some experience with a popper, that would work well too. They’ll smack it like a great-white hitting a seal!

i like to use live minnows and let them free float,no bobber or sinker, and leave your button pushed in on your reel so they can run if they want to before you set the hook.
