How would one fish for White Bass?

Any tips or suggestions would be very appreciated. I fish in Kentucky, if that is of any value.
What about in Tailwaters, I’ve been told that tailwaters are also good places to fish for White Bass in the Spring.

Many ways to fish for White Bass. If they are in the spawn, you would go up river or up in a creek and use minnows or artificials like a roadrunner or speck rigs. After the spawn they move back into deep water. With a depth finder you can find humps in deep water. They also like deep points. You can troll for them or jig up and down for them in deep water with a jigging spoon or a slab spoon. Troll with a pet spoon behind a hell bender to get your bait down.

I would go with a roadrunner or a thumper jig. Most any jig with a shiny blade will work.
