I don’t think you’re going to get many takers on here to explain every single technique that they know lol.
You’d probably have more luck by pointing out a couple specific baits to get information on. Google is also a very good resource when it comes to these kinds of things. Type in how to fish so and so or something similar and you’ll find everything you need.
Fly fishing is a good for all that if you like to go fly fish on the idea.

Here is a brief list:
Texas rig, Carolina Rig, Split shot rig, wacky rig, drop shot, bubba shot
Jig and worm( shakey head), Jig and pig( jig and trailer) rc rig, darter head
spoon, crankbait, spinnerbait, ice jig, tube bait, buzzbait, topwater baits
… and that is just the most comon stuff
there are swimbaits, frogs, and a million variations.
dude no matter what anybody says, the best way to catch almost ANY fish, is to put on a little hook, and a nightcrawler
