becoming a pro bass angler?

hello, im 12 and my buddy is 11 and we already belong to a fishing club and we want to know how to enter the flw colledge fishing, because it shows all these rules to apply like you must be a current student in the spring or something. is ther any way any of you guys can put that into simpler terms for us, along with the other registering rules. i know it will be a while until we enter but we would like to know. and does it cost money to enter

It means you must be a registered college student for the spring semester of school. Being 11 and 12 you guys don’t qualify and I dont think they would even let you operate a bass boat at that age. Be patient, you guys are doing the right thing with your club so keep improving your skills and in 6 or 7 years when you get to college you guys will be lifting trophies over your heads. maybe get some kids together about your age and organize a bass derby. Part of becoming a pro is to gauge your skill against other anglers.
