Has any one ever been to the Bass Pro Shops?
Excellent for campers and fishers or for anyone who enjoys the outdoors! Took a look around at the new store here in New England. I dont like fishing or anything but I was impressed by the new store.

I usually go to Bass Pro Shops 3-4 times a year
I make a special trip just to get tennis shoes there they have a real good price on my favorite brand. While I am there I pick up fletching for my arrows and try a lot of the new equipment for archery
I live in Springfield, MO… home of the first Bass Pro Shop… I’ve shopped there all my life and it’s a great store. Ours has a big waterfall in it and great big fish tanks. They even bring in large boats to show.
Enjoy it up there.
been to one here in MI, love it
If you’re outdoorsy, it’s a real trap. I can spend tons of money/time in there at the beginning of the summer when I’m in the mood for a camping trip.
If you’re not outdoorsy, it makes you wish you were.
I’ve also been to the one in MI, its very big and nice, and theres lots of stuff there.
I’ve been to the one in Springfield, and the one in St. Charles Mo. There really Cool but way over-priced.
I’ve been to a copule bass pro shops and they’re cool to stroll around in and look at the fish tanks and wildlife mounts, but talk about over-priced. wow.
BPS is a nice place to shop. They have about everything that you could ask for in one location for any outdoor activity.
Only thing I have to say is…leave your credit cards at home, take only so much cash…LMAO.
I can/do go into BPS with only one or two thing in mind, that should total no more than 40 bucks and have been known to come out with over 150 -200 dollars spent.
Just had to have that new reel, and rod, to go with my 15 others I already have or some new bait that has come on the market, not counting some new piece of clothing that has some new kind of material in it…Good Store but make sure you make a shopping list and stick to it !!!
ROGLMAO
I live between two of them one in Nashville, Tn., and the other one is in Louisville, Ky. & to top it off Gander MT. Just opened as store less than 40 mins.(Bowling Green, Ky) from me, which so far I have not been impressed with compared to BPS or Cabela’s.
Great place to shop if you are an outdoorsman. I’m like a kid in a candy store. Most Bass Pro have a huge aquarium full of game fish. It’s really neat.
Great selection but I find the prices a bit higher than most of the specialty stores so you have to know what it is worth when you go in!
My favorite store.
10-4. I go to the one on I-Drive in Orlando evey once in a while. The Gander Mtn. store in Lake Mary is closer and cheaper however. Bass pro is set up nicer, and is more organized, with a little more to offer.
I hear ya Goldenfeather!
Great store that will make you poor! (lol)
