It is made in Waterford Wisconsin but I cant find no information about it nowhere. I have checked on yahoo and google, bass pro, cabellas and other sites also.

Yes, I have two of them. My father and I bought them back in the seventies and they still work great. Best hook remover around. I too would like to find some in order to give to some of the guys I fish with.
