Please help. Going to Bass Pro shop tomorrow. How do I set up my shark fishing rig?

I am going to buy a conventional reel, rod, and everything else I need in one stop.
What should I buy and how do I set it up? I think I need at least 500yds of 80# line
Idk if I should do #50 braid backing with a topshot of 80# mono. And what kind of leader do I need and how much of it??? 200-400# mono and steel?? Any info would help.

It sounds like you already know what you want. I would say go for it. Try both mono and steel leaders. 16/0 circle hooks are what I have used. My best investment for sharking was a good fighting belt. Other than that I think you are on the right track. Have fun.
