Frog fishing for largemouth bass with hat cam

Landed four very nice bass on a white frog. I was wading waist deep in slop but pulling out these bass on topwater was well worth it. Frog on top is hard to beat! All video captured on the hat cam. Visit www.hatcam.com to learn how you could film yourself fishing!

  • Shkerks:

What rod/reel/line (brand, wgt) do you use? What are your favourite frogs to use?

REALLY enjoy your videos, makes it easier to cope when it’s tough fishing.

    nice video……………love frogs

  • Pasc9:

my problem was that everything I used would get hung up in the muck.. But the weedless design of these frogs makes it possible to drag the lure through the muck without getting hung up

Excellent vid, I also noticed the “strike , pause, set” hookset ,, well freakin done. I bought a Snag-Pruf T-Frog ($8.50 at Dick’s) I plan on using it this year…..

  • rNdDynamikkDuo:

Nice vid. Nice to see somebody else that knows about hookset timing! Catch, snap and release…can’t beat it. :)

  • FishMan266:

  • kei0kusanagi:

Exactly I like how he catches and releases bass, they are a really good game fish and therefore should be kept alive for as long as they live. I live here in minnesota and alot of people here don’t know the fun of just fishing and releasing bass. Top water with a frog pwns. ^_^
