I once caught a 7 pound bass when I was 11. I used a rat-l-trap. It was near a downed log when I hooked on the fish. Now I myself am hooked on bass. I fish at least once a month at my local pond. Now I am 14 and although I usually catch sunfish, I have caughten 4 monster bass. The reason being assholes keep the bass they catch. There are not enough bass to keep the sunfish population normal. Always catch and release so others benefit.
by the way if that weighed twelve pounds u might have a record it depends on what state ur in though
good catch iv cuaght a six pounder once i was really happy i could put my hand in its mouth it made it better that it was bigger than my dads biggest bass
12 Pounds? I’d say 7 tops. I caught a 22 incher 3 days ago that weighed 6.5.
