dude i got a bass and i caught hime when he was about 3 inches long on a lure that was bigger than he was and one of the hooks went throught one of his eyes but hes almost a foot long so they will grow even in captivity

That bass is OK. It’s alert and obviously healthy. It has no concept of aesthetics; if it wants to hide, the power filter tube and tank corners will suffice.

just some constructive criticism, that tank is almost torturous to that fish, you need to give him plants, rocks, and driftwood for types of shelter, he needs cover or else he will die.
mine was really small but it got bigger
