180 gallon aquarium Pacific Northwest native and central/south american + a few randoms
List of fish: PNW natives: 2 LMB, 2 rockbass, 2 pumpkinseeds, 1 brown bullhead catfish, 1 crayfish. Central/south american cichlids: 2 firemouths, 2 wolfs, 1 Butterkorferi (Tilapia), 8 Convicts, 4 Marbled Angel fish. Random fish: 2 pink kissing Gouramis, 2 standard Sailfin plecos, 1 giant Albino Sailfin Pleco. Fish tank history and origin: So this tank is kind of a work in progress. Recently i built a hood for it and paint the hood and stand black which i think looks much nicer than the bare wood. The tank started out as a PNW native tank, but when winter came around i couldnt catch anymore fish. I started getting bored with not being able to get new fish, so i started adopting and rescuing unwanted fish off craigslist. So thats how i ended up with such a random menagerie of fish.

Nice tank, what are the dimentions? I am planning to upgrade my natives to a 200 that i am getting from a friend soon. The stock will be: 2 bluegill, 1 warmouth, 1 green sunfish, 1 crappie, 1 warmouth/green hybrid, 1 bleugill/ green hybrid, 1 yellow bullhead and a spotted pike charican
Really great tank, nice job.
What is that big plants there? Are they live?
Well this is the most beauitiful tank i ever seen in a while awesom job!
i thought the same thing… until i looked in the tank one day, and well there was a little less tank mate, and alot more food lol! unfortunatly i learned my lesson the hard way… but that bass just so happened to be the most agressive bass i have ever seen so it will probably be diferent for you. you should make a video of them eating.
well ive had all those smaller fish in there with them for a few months and theyve been fine. I think my bass since theyve been in an aquarium for so long, they have the ability to determine the difference between a tank mate and food.
don’t be suprised if you start having a couple fish missing in action lol! those largemouth bass will eat a good amount of those fish, so i think it is best to always keep him full, so he is to stuffed to eat the others.
