all you guys in england there are hardly any carp accept in private lakes or ponds you should realy think about the carp as a realy enjoyable fish to catch the good fight and the thrill of it if you kill of all of them are you realy going to have a extinct spieces and where carp arnt “pests” there wont be any for anyone to catch so plz think ***!!! all of you dumbasses who are going to be negative about this comment think b4 you post ***!!!

Not for nothing, I’d rather catch a carp than a bass any day. If you’ve ever fought a carp with 5x tippet (5.0 lb test) on a fly rod, there’s nothing like it. Especially the fact that they’re smarter than a bass (carp actually have a measurable IQ,) they create a challenge to the angler.

carp are usefull and god sport dont kill carp … the asian carp is invasive…. but its got the wheight and fight for sport … so no biggie…. bass and pike and all other sport fish will live on dont worry…. they do lots of good for the water eat trash and clean up …. I never caught a 35 pound plus bass b4… but carp i have ,,,,, conserve all fish other then gobys……

Rastapopol the common carp is an invasive species retard they were brought in by asians years and years ago so people now accept them as native they arent and hopefully those stupid asian carps are kept at bay that the last thing we need more fuckin carp fuckin up bass’ nests. Now who’s the redneck. And grizzmintking our lakes did fine before they came hear and they’d do fine with out them, carp fuckin mow down vegetation and dissrupt the breeding of bass. I wouldnt miss em if they left.

well in dfg in california it doesnt say remove all carp it lists some species
while your thinking about it, I’ll tell you for sure that carp are a rough fish and are to be remove from all bodies of water when they are caught.
the are an invasive species that will breed and eat out of control, killing off the real game fish.
um that only applies to some carp not all i think its white carp but not sure on that check the dfg before u kill one so u dont get in trouble

come get me tough guy, carp are a rough fish and by law you are required to remove any that you catch. they bread and eat out of control thats why they are huge and there are a ton of them. I don’t know why I would expect a dirty beaner to care about the laws of the DNR, but there you go.
