@devolutionizreal thanoh, but ive always found that silvers are usually harder to castnet because they are faster. But i usually have more hits wth the silver mullet because they seem more live and have a more spastic action
@ninopatna well, black mullet now have a size limit so the ones you can keep are too big usually for live bait but i don’t think it makes much of a difference

@ninopatna no, sometimes you will see them in the same place but not together, i saw schools of thousands of silvers this weekend in the deep watter and about 5 or 6 blacks in a school along the mangroves…..some of these are prety small though

sometimes i do but mainly for fun/ bait/ food, you can get arround $2 a piece for fresh black mullet
