Fun Fishing For Panfish With Penfishingrods.com

Headed out to Log Boom Park today to test out my Pen Rod Goliath with the MX15 All Aluminum Rear Drag Combo. This is available only at penfishingrods.com Footage was shot using a home made custom hatcam Species Caught: Pumpkinseed Sunfish, Bluegill, Largemouth Bass The weather was a lot cooler than it has been the past week. It was cloudy with breaks of sunshine here and there. The fishing wasn’t even close to as good as it was last week due to the weather but it was still decent. Hooked into a lot of Pumpkinseed Sunfish, 2 Bluegills, and 2 Largemouth Bass! The Largies were pretty small but still a surprise to catch since I wasn’t targeting them today. Not all fish that were caught today were caught on film. There were a few sculpin and yellow perch that I did not get on film. I was trying out new video editing software when I made this video that I wasn’t too fond of. Therefore there was very little editing done. All I did was split the clips and put them together. Stay tuned because I promise to deliver on some better videos!
just a little trick we use just comment ill get back to you guys
Video Rating: 5 / 5

@FishingThePNW thanks
@HATTAXX nightcrawlers…
what bait you use?
@physchohead24 yeah, it’s always cool to support local small businesses, but i will never pay just to fish on a dock, maybe a boat launch fee if the fishing is worth it but not from a dock..
@FishingThePNW (i meant to say this a few days ago but i forgot) The boathouse at american lake might be a bit expensive, but i like to help out a small buisness, so thats where i always get my worms.
@physchohead24 oh i see, that’s pretty cool. but i’ll stick to public places and pay less for my worms
@FishingThePNW Its a 4 dollar fee. He has cans of worms for three dollars. A row boat rental is 20 dollars for 6 hours, and a motor boat renal is 50 for six hours.
@jurassicsushi haha thanks!
i had to redit and upload again for better quality.. i did manage to mess up the order of one of the clips though.. my intro clip wasn’t actually put first hahaha
I figured i’d show some love for the video even though i had seen the other one.
Thumbs up for this one also.
@kirbylee96 nightcrawlers
@YoungAngler11 yeah they’re pretty fish
@physchohead24 i heard you have to pay to fish bills boat house.. i’ve caught some good perch and rock bass at the public dock too.
@Winkiedoodles thanks!! i’m gonna try to go back on a better day because i’ve caught pumpkinseeds and bluegills wayyy bigger at the same spot!!
what bait were you using???
@kirisilvermane bring it on!!!
Nice video and beautiful pumpkinseeds.
Nice, you should hit american lake sometime, fishing at bills boathouse is always good for big perch. Just fish in the shallows by the boats, that dock has very good size rock bass too.
Yes, your hatcam is doing exactly what it was designed to do! Good job with alignment. I also see you’ve figured out the trick to catching those little guys is to use a real small bobber or cork, the smaller the better. Beautiful sunfish.
nice fishing! you have you some really nice looking fish stateside! might have to come out there and show you how its done!! LOL
where can you get those?
i have learned that if you use a straight shank worm hook it is easier to get the weight down the body of the craw
@xfiles1952 yea im selling it
you have a rc car
dude this helped SOOOO much man thanks
@Bassaholics123 its a tube rattle shut the fuck up
nice video
why would u want the wait in the head. you want the claws to be up in the air on the bed
Use tungsten 1/4 oz weights for the weight in the craw.. It fits great in my paca craws or the 3/8 oz flippin weight from tru tungsten.
that is horrible,all its going to do is give the fish leverage to get the bait out of his mouth. and it will tear ur baits up.
Awesome, thanks!
paca craws are one of my favorite soft baits i had no idea that they came in 5 inch, great video
nice vid man. love all your videos
I appreciate your tips man. Thank you.
awsom man! ill try that out im mine are hollow i have strike king coffe rage craw
