Great videos roadsnake90roadsnake. Keep them coming. I Love fishing for walleye and perch will start next month for sure. But I have started practicing for a new fishing technique spearing and bow hunting but not for walleye but for those evil asian MF carp that will soon be here. Im thinking maybe using a shot gun on them if law permits it and erecting a safety fence around my boat.

Just lookup Ontario’s guide to eating sportfish on google.

It”s Canadian but it should give you a good idea of what is safe consumption levels. Cheers.

  • jigger77:

    Great vid, congrats boys.

  • ssjsparrowhawk:

Walleye and yellow perch are in the same faimly, as are a group of other fish. Walleye are the most tasty fish around i think

  • ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE:

the level of toxins is much lower on erie i think

  • TylersMusic10:

Does Erie have the toxins and mercury in the water like Ontario does Bill? Were not suppose to eat much fish out of Ontario because of it but i usually don’t listen.

  • ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE:

statewide regulation for walleye is a 15-inch minimum length and a daily limit of 5 fish. However, many waters have special regulations where length and daily limits vary, so be sure the check the Fishing Regulations Guide.

    from nydec website

  • jmoneyfic:

here in ny min length is 15″ and limit is 3

  • BassAnglerMike33:

never caught a walleye, want to tho, are they related to the perch> they look just like them, their body struchture and fins.

  • blumenschein69:

in lake st.clair in michigan were i fish the walleye have to be a minimum of 13 inches and outrlimit is 6 a person

me and a buddy went out to a small river and limited out on walleye, told some of our friends to go so they had a chance of limiting out too.

  • TheGreatKane:

Because i dont like the taste of fish, i just like to stab a hook in them scare the shit out of them and toss em back

  • tayfungazi:

yes pretty fishing but why u dont eat them ?! u wound them with hook that suck but nice work :P

  • TheGreatKane:

Ita a lure that floats on top of the water , You cast it out let it sit for as long as you can stand letting it sit there then give it a few small jerks and the lure makes a splash and “pop” sound

  • dashit503:

    what exactly are poppers?

  • Dreamline45056:

    Great video. Good fishing, dude!
