if he didnt jig it good he would of not caught anything, the same even if you didnt have scent on there
Try fishin with a bare hook then put gulp alive on it. You probably wont catch anything. The jighead probably looked like a small shad or a bug.

Honestly i’ve been fishing for about 19 years now. And if FISH aka BASS are present they will bite about anything that moves!!!!! Here a test for you buddy….. You know those tasty gummie worms you buy at the supermarket! carolina rig one of those and you can catch fish too. They eat whatever is moving FACT!!!!!

I don’t know what all these viewers have against it. Yeah, the jig head may have played some part in attracting the fish, but I reckon the scent would have given it a lot more effect.

salt water is stupid, i could tie a spark plug to my line and catch something….
use circle hooks for catfish. since catfish swallow alot of hooks, circle hooks are curved inward and will only hook them inside there lip. its alot easier for you and the cat to get the hook out if you use em. people call circle hooks catfish hooks to.
