I’ve got a bunch of different ones. The main theme however is medium heavy fast action. My favorite is a 6 1/2 foot one piece. awesome rod tiny light weight and you can still set the hook.

  • tomvang18:

  • clinton4162:

yes anyone who thinkslike InSlide you need to learn. go on the websites learn. teams came together and fish to have fun. Teams came together and also built fish habitats and other devices to health fish growth and to raise the population

  • clinton4162:

InSlide you have a lot of shit to say about how fishing is bad when you were a fishing guide. 30 years your gonna go that long enjoying the sport and talk about how were killing and mistreating. Your a two face son of a bitch. Teens starting to fish is a great way to enforce the sport and the ihsa is working hard to keep all activities available for participation

  • vickie2491:

Youll see Boom High School this year!

  • ryanpokorney:

  • cfl990:

Ya those gangs in the ghetto are always fishing and then goin and doin some drive bys wow just another logical fallacy

  • cfl990:

Your ignorant the hook goes through the lip where they have no nerve endings causing no pain so just keep shelling out those logical fallacies along with peta and i will continue to shut them down with actual FACTS!!!!!

  • cfl990:

    softmore? are you an idiot?

  • Hanr3:

Blind tradition- you mean like providing food for your family to eat. One of the most important life lessons you can teach your children is how to be self sufficient.

  • TheSugar182:

lol look at 46 seconds he has a fish lol

  • navycomand:

Ive been looking on the IHSA website and i cant find how to get it in Elk Grove village, with Busse woods right across the street from the school and im going to be a freshman and i hope it can be there by the time im a softmore

  • goosefreak94:

    +
yeah inslide can go die this tourny was dumb and i think instead of tampier they should put us on lake calumet i hate the ihsa thats why im trying to get the nssp in my school

  • gbfan513:

    your a huge tool.

  • AparoidX:

Wow man if you love fish so much why don’t you go live in the lake…

  • goosefreak94:

Yeah i fished the tourny at tampier it was horrible it shows how much the ihsa cares for the kids just look it up

  • shrpshootr65:

Dude this is sweet that they put this on here i was at that tourney and fished there

  • InSlide:

Imagine being violently hauled by a hook through your face—or worse, down your throat—into a foreign environment where you cant breathe only to be mishandled and thrown back before dying from the trauma shortly after.

Some things are more important than blind tradition and hereditary ignorance important things like free thought, honesty and teaching children lifes ultimate lesson. Thou shalt not kill.

  • InSlide:

Adopting an apathetic attitude toward animal life only opens the door to an inconsequential attitude toward human life.

Schools and teachers promote murder and participate in major societal lies. Our children are indoctrinated into a violent society just as we were.

Public schools should be ashamed to participate in the IHSAs Bass Fishing tournaments perpetuating harm to others. Fishing desensitizes children and instills disrespect for life.

  • InSlide:

As a former fishing guide of 30 years and teacher of over 10 years, I feel qualified to elaborate about children, teaching, and fishing. A quiet morning of fishing with junior and the subsequent fish fry bury skeletons deeper in our stomachs than one’s subconscious might imagine.

Teaching impressionable children to fish only teaches these unsuspecting and trusting minds that animals are inconsequential and ours to use in any way.
