66 degrees temperature of the water. Sonar shows the structure on the bottom under the boat. As the boat drifts, graph updates giving you a picture of the bottom. If the boat is stopped, you can see fish swim past, but the bottom just looks flat because the boat is not moving.
Rriding in a car, hanging a stick out so it touches the ground. If the car isn’t moving, all you know is the distance to the ground. If the car is moving, when you go past a rock or over a bump, the stick will tell you.
66 degrees between vertical or horizontal(surface)?
Is that why you can both see surface and bottom?
thanks
Reads under the boat
gotta question tho. how do u know which direction to start casting? or is it reading directly under the boat?
thanks, best explained so far.
Thank You, Nice Vid
