Torn ankle ligaments kept Alex Cufaude from wetting a line in last year’s first bass fishing state tournament. But the Pekin senior is making up for lost time this spring. Led by Cufaude’s skill with a spinnerbait, Pekin won its second fishing sectional, on a rainy Friday at Banner Marsh.
