if you put coffee grounds on bass plastic lures, does it help?
i bought a big value pack of lizards at wal-mart, and they smell like plastic (like really bad) so i put a few scoops of coffee grounds on them and put them in a bag. so what i need to know is,
-does this help scent efforts
-will this do any harm to my lures
-have you ever had any experience with this?

it will just smell like coffee. next time try spraying it with this

never tried it
But now i will
No it will not harm your lures
I would suggest spraying some lures with attractents
It won’t help unless you have a caffeine addict fish in your pond
Now your Lizards are going to be up all night…………..
that could be bad, but on the other hand……..
It’s better if the coffee grounds are IN the plastics. I bought some big frogs off ebay a year ago or so and the guy that was making them put coffee grounds in it. They worked pretty good.
They say that doing this works. Strike King lure company has a coffee scented baits on the market right now! The tube seems to work well.
