Please help me, Fishing tackle?
I live in West Monroe Louisiana, I fishing for bass, white perch, bream, catfish, and gar.I was just wondering what stuff i need to keep in my tackle box and what good baits would work for what I fish for.

Being you have such a large amount of different fish you are targeting I would suggest you look at some online posts.
One I have found for catfish can befound here, I love this site!

Bass- If I was on a budget and wanted to choose the highest percentage lures for LA Bass I’d choose Jigs & 8-10″ Texas Rigged and or Wacky Rigged worms. Here are some inexpensive examples of each:
1. Jigs- 1/4- 3/8OZ size, (Black/Blue, Black & Cajun Crawfish colors), MAKE SURE to use a corresponding colored jig trailer- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_28418____SearchResults
2. 8″ Worm- (Rigged Texas style with a Gamakatsu 4/0 EWG Offset Hook) (Colors?- Red Shad Green, Black/Blue Tail, Plum/Blue)- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_28418____SearchResults
3. 10″ Worm- Rigged the same as the 8″ Worm, (These worms have won numerous bass fishing tournaments all over the US)- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_73982____SearchResults
4. 5-6″ Wacky Rigged Senko type Worm- (Rigged on a 2/0 Owner weedless Wacky hook)- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_36703_100007000_100000000_100007000_100-7-0
Those are the “highest %” lures to use year round for Bass.
White Perch, (or White Bass)- Good lures for Whites are small Inline Spinners, small GULP products and small 1/8 OZ Rattle Trap type lures. Here are some inexpensive examples of each:
1. Inline Spinners- (1/8 OZ in Minnow colors)- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_15446____SearchResults
2. Berkley GULP products- (Rig these on a 1/16 – 1/8 OZ jighead and under a Slip-bobber)- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_103161____SearchResults
Bream (or Bluegill)- Good lures for Bluegills are Beetle Spin’s, Small octopus tube Jigs, and small floating minnow lures. Here are some inexpensive examples of each:
1. Beetle Spin- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_15602____SearchResults
2. Octopus tube soft plastic- (rig these on a 1/16 OZ jig)- http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_74243____SearchResults
3. Small Floating Minnow- (1/16 OZ size- you need to use super lite line to cast these- your best line for this size lure is Power Pro 2/8) Rapala’s Original Floating Minnow.
Catfish- Catfish love bait- using lures for catfish is a waste of time.
Gar- Gar will attack everything but they usually throw the hook. There are some nylon thread lures you can make- but I suggest you don’t target Gar. Although they do put up a good fight, they aren’t very tasty……
Hope this helps ya?
