What Brand/Type of Frog is the best of Bass fishing?

I have a frog in my tackle box, its junk, so I never use it. What brand do you suggest. If you could provide a link or picture, that would be fabulous!

Thanks!!!

The Spro ,Dean Rojas frog is in my opinion the best frog out there right now. Cool looking colors and a real fish catcher.
    Good luck

I’ve landed some beauties fishing the “Secret Lures” clear leg chubby frog, but my partner and brother in law, lights ‘em up in the tourneys we fish with the above mentioned Dean Rojas Spro frog, and only BIG bass hammer that thing, no shorties.

I like the Chubby, because you can work it weedless over and through all kinds of lily pads, and it is soft enough to collapse, as the bass hammers the body and you set the hook.

Fish on! :) I use it with the Mr. Blitz Peli-lock toad toater hooks in 5/0 size and 12 lb. P-Line Halo line…tough stuff alright!

Catching bass on topwater just rocks, but hitting them in the pads and winching them out…is just AWESOME!!!

I have tried Rage Tail toads, but prefer the Chubby CL. Good luck and good fishing.

the kind you find at your local pond or stream

Quite simply there are two options. For a hard bait(which is still soft) use a Spro dean rojas jr. frog. For a soft bait frog use a Sizmic frog. They have amazing action and catch a lot of fish and they are pretty cheap. You can try different sizes depending on what lake you are fishing but i like the smaller size.

The frog that works the best for me , is the Ribbet frog made by Stanley. When the bass are in the lily pads, this is one fine lure.

I’ve had great luck with the Snag Proof Moss Master Tournament Frog in a light green color, and, Snag Proof Bobby’s Perfect Frog, cicada and smoke/black colors, i got mine a few mouths back and have used at lest once ever time I’ve gone fishing, and i caught a few good size bass, and cont less other smaller size bass. And make sure you get the half once models i find that they give a much better hook set than the smaller light wight models. Don’t worry about casting in to super thick weeds, they’re very weedless just make sure you have heavy line. They my be a bit pricey, but, it’s worth it for sure.
