  • Nathan S:

Rapalas sound like a good start. Maybe a Texas rigged worm to work the bottom if the bass are holding close to. Also maybe try a Bomber Fat Free Shad Crank bait to reach deeper depths. Good luck

Little rubber frogs work all the time.

  • Grand Master Basser:

A dark colored jig with a trailer.

I like orange colored craws this time of year (plastics, jigs and trailers and crank baits) I focus mostly on weed lines close to steep drop offs and rock piles in 20 feet of water. I like to fish spinner baits like jigs bringing them off the bottom after casting them and letting them sink and sit on the bottom a little while. I like fishing huge plastics (12″ worms and 6-7″swimbaits) in the deepest part of the lake this time of year. But I always around noon find a rock cliff in the shade I can stick a lizard on and jiggle it off into a waiting bass’s bucketmouth.

  • BOBBER:

Try a perch colored shadrap #7
