They are in the postspawn mode more than likely and it will be slow for a week or two then be ready to catch them by the livewell loads. work your way from the bank to deep water with a senko that will probably do the trick or a tube. I’ve been experiencing the same luck lately and I did finally catch a few decent fish out in 12 to 16 feet range. good luck
