fish ( pet stores sell lots of small Goldfish to feed to fish ) —the chase is fun to watch

  • Dave:

They mostly eat other fish, but they LOVE crawfish. In the wild, they gulp down most anything they can catch.

    poodles

    bugs, shad.

You have a bass as a pet? Weird.

As you have discovered they will eat anything smaller than them. I would feed him bugs and small fish. You can collect a lot of bugs from around a porch or night light. You can get gold fish and feeder fish from bait shops and pet stores.
