Im trying to find a baby largemouth bass, so i can raise it in a tank. Please help..

I see a lot of them when I go snorkeling in shall water near downed trees.

You can buy a minnow trap and set that up in an area where there are largemouths. You will probably catch other types of small baitfish before you get a largemouth in there. Make sure that it is legal to keep it as a pet in your area. In some states/counties it isn’t.
try and find a area where bass spawn and set up a minnow trap. you’ll catch alot of other baitfish but you should catch a bass eventually.
for starters, it’s illegal.
most, if not all states have minimum size requirements for bass.
being a gamefish, if it doesn’t voluntarily take a hook in it’s mouth, it must be released.
it will count against your limit any and all times you go fishing.
