Bass spawning season in Missouri?
I would like to know when the pre-spawn and spawn is in Missouri for smallmouth and largemouth bass and how to fish for them in the summer? Thank you.

There’s a common opinion in most of the Southern States that suggests when the dogwoods are blooming, the bass are on their beds and at the business of making new bass. It’s all about timing…weather and temperatures may have something to do with it, but whatever it is, it seems to have about the same effect time-wise for bass AND for dogwood trees. Keep your eyes on one and you should be able to set your sights (and your hooks) on the other. Good luck.
