Gotta see these big MN largemouth Smallmouth bass

Here are some big, huge, monster, largemouth bass from Minnesota. Every fish pictured is over 4 pounds with the exception of one photo. Many are much bigger. We live in Utah and come to MN for one week out of the year to rip them lips. The Fish’Tickler

  • FowlAttitude2:

    what lake r u at

  • theShimmySheide:

no, we don’t keep any. Sometimes we keep them in the livewell till we get a few for a good picture. I would love to fish Minnetonka but its a little too far away. It’s a great tournament lake for weight and the local anglers know it religiously

  • cjt1440:

    Yes, definately was a smallmouth…

Did you guys really keep some of those fish? And yeah you need to get down to Minnetonka some time

  • stevealatalo11:

    not a small mouth retard

  • bobbydthedude3:

damn, thats one hell of a fishin trip

  • theShimmySheide:

Camera gave it an extra kick, but it weighed an official 5 pounds 3 oz. It was huge but i think even the camera gives an extra pound

  • nef533:

that smallie at 3:38 was ridiculous!!!!!!! I dont know if it was the camera angle or what but it looked HUGE!! did you weigh it?

  • asianboy9821:

    Now those are some fish!

  • philly442:

Minnesota has monster bass and florida

  • theShimmySheide:

fergus falls. Yet, you got a better chance going farther south (Minneapolis) for bigger bass. We are gonna make a few trips soon in the future.

I’m an old timer and I’ve found that there are big fish in most states—even here in Michigan!
    Good video.

  • yoda12145:

My moto is bust some ass for some big bass

  • theShimmySheide:

Fergus falls my friend. Problem is, we are only there for a week so we don’t get to meet the locals and fish there private lakes. Every lake has big bass though. Just gotta find em.

  • th1sonedude:

where in minnesota and what lake :)

  • BikiniBaitCompany:

Some beautiful bass………nice job. Enjoyed the video.

  • YONKERSJOHN:

    super bass fishing!

  • theShimmySheide:

my eyes have been opened! Not one fish died and i assure you that tournament fishing let alone the weigh in is more damaging to a fish than a few snapshots

  • hollywood13shorty:

you catch nice fish because most minnesota bass fishermen have a think called catch and relase so in the future take a quick picture and put them back in the lake you mourons so others may also enjoy them

  • und3rth3bridg3:

excellent video.. those fishin spots looked so bassy 5* * * * *
