MDfishing.org: Sick Smallmouth Bass On The Potomac? 6-2-2008
June 2, 2008 we netted a very sick (but still alive) smallmouth bass on the Upper Potomac River downriver from the Shenandoah Confluence. If you see sick or dying fish, contact the Shenandoah Riverkeeper (www.potomacriverkeeper.com/shenandoah)

There was a sewage leak back in the 80′s that killed alot of the fish in the area over the years the mutated fish that breeded caused fish like these.
this was made on my birthday!
Did you eat it?
WOW! Ever hear what the ?infection? was attributed to? That size smallie should easily be able to withstand “normal” bacteria? Keep the video’s coming! Just not of dieing fish! =-)
