    @megamunchit2008 Glad you enjoyed the video. IN this case, there is not much more meat to be had.

    Basically, you are left with the ribs cage (and there is vertical no meat there) and you have a bit of belly meat (whihc is typically fat).

    However, you could remove the inners and use the remaining fish as a stock for a soup base.

    preferably instad of cutting off the filet completely from the tail, is leave it, flip it over, and make a clean incision away from theskin to save time.
