no. you can fly fish on the ocean if you feel like it. i fly fish more on lakes than on rivers
and why is that i would go crazy waiting and just throwing it out there letting it drift. pulling it in throwing it out let it drift. at least u can switch it up with spin casting. plus fly only really works in streams or am i wrong?
I love fly fishing but There’s nothing like seeing a smallie smackin a pooper. Good fishing

never catch and keep dude. (Unless you’re lost backpacking in the wilderness and you’ve already eaten your hiking buddy to survive. Then it would be ok.) Besides he catches fish like that all the time. That one wasn’t anything special for him.
Top water bait like the rubber frog work the best in weed beds just cast on top with the hooks up you will have bass in no time!!
