    Do you have any idea how long the Columbia River is? Can you narrow down the area a bit?

    I go to the area behind Bonneville Dam. I have a couple of favorites spots, but I’m not telling. :)

    If you have a boat, throw in a line from any of the small islands dotting the river.

    I don’t know about the Columbia but the Dechutes has plenty of smallmouth bass.
