I use the 4/0 and 5/0 zoom hooks the frogs last longer with them,but I do think they may have a bit to much flex in them .Sometimes ,if the fish are bigger I will put a wide gap mustad on there.
What do you rig your frogs with? the zoom hooks, or EWG worm hooks?
What sizes do you use? I’ve only really tried a 4/0 zoom hook and the frogs tend to rip/slide, spin in the water even if they are screwed in.

I own three of them,havent quite mastered them yet.for long distance top water ,you realy cant beat a u s reel supercaster with ten pound power pro.I throw top water lures any chance I get.I bought the bait casters for bass fishing,but use them more for pulling snook out of the mangroves in everglades city ,than /i do for bass fishing.
