Tampa Florida Fishing Lake Bass help.?

I have a small man made lake in my backyard and im postive theres at least some big fish in there.
Okay im wondering if i should use a worm or a lure this is the lure i would use if i need to.… it floates and acts as a dead fish, i have plenty of worms which do you guys think is best.
